• Rapid turnaround and delivery confirmation.
• Full engineering and product support.
• Assistance as required in design, product development and cost reduction.

 Customer Drawings
Betacom can accept drawings electronically in the majority of formats using the latest 2D and 3D modelling software.

 Software
Betacom uses the following software to generate and/or process electronic drawings and artwork:

• Solid Edge, 3D parametric solid modelling
• AutoCAD Lite 2006
• Jetcam, CNC programming
• CorelDraw

 Drawings
The file formats listed below are handled by Betacom on a regular basis.

• 2D AutoCAD, DWG or DXF engineering drawings.
• Native Solid Edge Parts and Assemblies (no translation required).
• 3D IGES Surface Models
• 3D Step Files
• Parasolid files as exported by Unigraphics, Solid Edge, SolidWorks, and PTC Pro
• Adobe Acrobat

 Artwork
• CorelDraw
• Postscript level 2
• Adobe Illustrator (.ai)

 Tool Library
We have an extensive tool library available for customer use. Use of tools from our library helps reduce the need for customer owned tooling. The complete tool list, including dimensional data, is available on request.
