Betacom is based in Christchurch, New Zealand, with manufacturing, sales, service and distribution facilities. We also have sales and distribution facilities in Auckland. From these bases we service and support our customers throughout New Zealand, Australia and the Pacific Rim.

Betacom operates an externally audited and registered quality system that complies with AS/NZS ISO 9001:2000.

We also have an independently audited and accredited Photometric Laboratory for establishing Intensity Distribution Tables for Road Lighting Luminaires in accordance with CIE 121 - 1996 and CIE 27 - 1973. The laboratory is accredited by IANZ (International Accreditation New Zealand).
